Promote your business in the local Chinese takeaway
Simon Chapple, author of the Marketing Solicitor blog mentioned how he has marketed the solicitors’ he works for on local Chinese takeaway menus, and I instantly thought what a great marketing idea – why didn’t I think of that!
He contacted a few local takeaways and has paid for their printing in return for an advertisement on the menus, with an annual cost of only £300. Like Simon mentioned in his blog – can you imagine how many people are going to see the advert, and if you’re like me, you always keep the menu in a drawer somewhere.
Great idea Simon – has anyone else tried unusual marketing ideas?

I haven’t tried this method but one of our local Mexican restaurants sells advertising on their tables. It gives you something to focus one while waiting for your food.
