I haven’t signed up and used this service, but I thought those of you that use WordPress might be interested in Themes Press. Basically, you can create a WordPress theme in minutes, by uploading your own images, adding CSS and HTML code.

I’m not sure it’s as easy as it makes out, and it might take minutes for an experienced HTML or CSS programmer, but for the rest of us it might be quicker downloading one of the thousands of free WordPress themes available.
