I don’t understand the MySpace Hype

I don't understand the MySpace HypeTwo years on, what’s all the fuss with MySpace? I signed up around two months ago, and all I have received is spam in the form of friend requests.

After receiving my first friend request from a busty blonde, I quickly realised that these types of requests were spam from individuals trying to promote a website.

Don’t get me wrong I’m sure MySpace is great for teenagers, and bands wanting to promote their music, but for me, I got nothing out of it apart from Spam. So tell me, am I doing something wrong, or is MySpace just a waste of web space?

I dont like myspace either .. you are right its a “waste of web space”. I feel Yahoo 360 is pretty good.

    Your template looks great Darren!

Thanks Ramnath. Yep, I’m thinking I am right about it being a waste of web space! Maybe someone will prove me wrong..

It is for people who have already signed up, anyone signing up now is wasting time. There are over 137,723,651 people there… that’s why there is spam :)

Lol, it is you who we should be examining. You’re just outdated technology. :p’

    P.S. This is buckeye. :)
